- Please Visit https://ecoo.doc.gov.lk/ and access the platform. (Before proceed please go through the you tube tutorials as well, as mentioned below.)
- In the above platform there is a tab called "guideline" at the bottom left hand side. Click it to access for our you tube tutorials
- Watch the videos on registering existing exporters and uploading an affidavit/cost statement.
Required Supporting Documents
- Original Business Registration Certificate
- Form 1 or Form 20 (If your company registered under company act)
- TIN Number
- Original VAT registration
- Exporter Declaration (Click Here to download)
- Authorized Signature (JPG file)
- Other Certificates (Issued by Relevant Authority)
- Special Document list for Spices
