REX ලියාපදිංචි ක්‍රමය යනු කුමක්ද සහ ඒ සඳහා මා අයදුම් කරන්නේ කෙසේද?


ලියාපදිංචි අපනයන ක්‍රමය (REX පද්ධතිය) යනු 2017 ජනවාරි 1 සිට යුරෝපා සංගමයේ වරණීය පොදු ක්‍රමයට (GSP) අදාළ වන පරිදි EU විසින් හඳුන්වා දුන් ස්වයං සහතික කිරීමේ පද්ධතියකි.ප්‍රභවස්ථාන සහතික අවශ්‍යතාවය වෙනුවට අපනයනකරුවන්ටම ප්‍රභවස්ථාන ප්‍රකාශයක් කිරීමට අපනයනකරුවකුට හැකියාව ලැබෙන්නේ REX ක්‍රමය යටතේ එම පද්ධතියේ ලියාපදිංචි වීමෙන් අපනයනකරුවකුට වලංගු ලියාපදිංචියක් තිබීමෙනි.මෙය අදාළ වන්නේ GSP යටතේ යුරෝපා සංගමය (EU) ස්විස්ටර්ලන්තය,නෝර්වේ සහ තුර්කිය යන රටවල් වෙත සිදු කරන අපනයන සඳහා පමණි.
